Acceptance, scope, and lawful use
By using OOS services or submitting a request for them, you accept these terms to the extent permitted by law.
- You must use the services lawfully and must not attempt unauthorized access, disruption, or harm.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for having authority to use an account or represent a business where applicable.
Service requests and scope
The approved proposal, contract, or accepted order sets out the service scope, duration, deliverables, and each party’s obligations. General public content alone is not a final contractual offer.
Where a written agreement applies to a specific service, it governs that service.
Pricing, payment, and invoices
The applicable proposal, contract, or order explains prices, payment terms, invoices, and any applicable taxes. Payments may be processed through independent payment processors under their applicable terms.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation or refund requests are subject to the relevant service terms or contract and to the nature of the work completed, without limiting any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
Intellectual property and client materials
Rights in the platform, content, work, and materials remain with their respective owners. No intellectual-property right transfers unless expressly agreed in writing.
We use materials or data provided by a client only as necessary to perform the service or for permitted purposes.
Privacy and third parties
Personal-data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy. Some services may rely on independent tools, services, or external links that are subject to their providers’ own terms and policies.
Accounts, availability, and changes
You must keep access credentials confidential and report unauthorized use. Maintenance, updates, or operating conditions may affect availability; services may be developed, changed, or discontinued as permitted by law and the relevant agreements.
Liability and force majeure
Liability is determined under applicable law and the relevant agreements; these terms do not waive liability that cannot lawfully be waived. Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control, including force majeure or widespread outages.
Law, disputes, and updates
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are handled through the applicable legal process or as stated in the relevant contract.
We may update these terms when needed and publish the updated version on this page. If a material change requires additional notice by law, we will provide it.
